My Ateneo Makeup Tutorial

My 2nd installment for the college makeup inspiration is the Ateneo Blue Eagles. 
Let's Begin:
Steps:
1.primer (NYX hd primer)
2. foundation (model co duostick foundation)
3. concealer (krave concealer)
4. blush (maybelline cool effect blush)
5. powder (careline pressed powder in natural)
6. prime your eyes up to eyebrows (elf eyelid primer)
7. put the velvet blue eyeshadow on your eyelids, as seen in photo #2
8. put the space eyeshadow on top of the velvet blue and carefully blend them together, as seen in photo #3
9. put the ocean frost eyeshadow on top of your eyebrows and blend them together to create gradient effect, as seen in photo #4
10. put blue pigments on top of your eyelids (optional)
11. line your eyes with a black gel eyeliner, as seen in photo #5
12. put the velvet blue eyeshadow on top of the black gel eyeliner to sealed in place, as seen in photo #6
13. put the space eyeshadow on your lower lashes, blend carefully, as seen in photo #7
14. load your brush with a powder to clean some fall outs on your lower lashes/cheeks, as seen in photo #8
15. draw some lines on your outer eyes to create some feather like effect, as seen in photo #9
16. curl your lashes and apply loads of mascara
17. put falsies on top
18. contour your nose and hollows of the cheeks
19. put lipbalm of your choice (optional, if you have dry lips)
20. put foundation on your lips and set it with your powder
21. get a blue lipstick or (mix your lipgloss and blue eyeshadow) and put it on the center of your lips, blend carefully.
