My LOOK BEAUTY Make Me Blush in Pinch Review :)

Hello Candylovers!!!

I got this blush from Make Up Hub by Naturele Collezione at the Supersale Bazaar last year. I was invited by Ms. Sarah Fulleros to be their guest makeup artist that day. As you may not know, they are the first one to introduced UK makeup brands here in the Philippines. From Sleek, Models Own, Miners, Limecrime, Mememe, Look Beauty and a lot more. All of the brands are really amazing but Look Beauty is my favorite! :D

A little background information about LOOK BEAUTY

Look Beauty is the UK's favourite and best selling fashion weekly magazine. - They are the first magazine to pool all off their beauty industry experience to launch their own cosmetic range.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
LOOK BEAUTY MAKE ME BLUSH IN PINCH
A Comprehensive total blush wardrobe from wow colour pop to demure nude, all entirely wearable and instantly prettifying.

Build up your chosen blush, from a healthy glow to a super-sexy flush.

PACKAGING:
One of the reasons why I love Look Beauty is because of their packaging. They always present their products in a classy yet modern way.

The actual products are placed inside a light pink box with their signature design layout.

For the Make Me Blush, it comes in a square metal-looking case with printed logo on top and printed sticker at the bottom part where the details of the product are. Unfortunately they did not provide the ingredients for their products even if you check their website.

What I like most about it is that it looks high-end and it's very innovative for them to create a magnetic case for it. YES! So there's nothing to worry if your screw is broken.

SIZE:
3" in length 2.75" in weight and 0.65" in height

NET WEIGHT:
8.6g

PRODUCT APPEARANCE:
When you open it, you will have a built in mirror inside which is perfect for your makeup application and the lovely blush called pinch, a soft pink shade with gold shimmers in it. The actual size of it is 2"x2".

SCENT:
No scent. :)

Now here's a swatch on my wrist. (No Flash)
EXPERIENCE:
The moment I saw this blush, it was love at first sight. <3 I love everything about it, from the packaging, to product quality to positive result. EVERYTHING! You might think that I'm exaggerating too much but no, this is really what I feel and I'll be very honest about it.

I personally love blush with tiny bit of shimmers in it. Some people may not like it because it makes them look shiny and oily. But Look Beauty Make Me Blush in Pinch will help you achieve that rosy cheeks with a nice healthy glow. The texture is smooth and the shimmers are fine. (unlike the other blush that's out in the market) The color is pigmented and buildable. Great color pay off! :D

This blush is really easy to use. Just smile and place your blush brush on the apples of your cheeks and blend away. Repeat the step to achieve that perfect rosy cheeks. :)

Everytime I wear this blush, I always get compliments by my friends/people who sees me. They said, "blooming" daw ako and then it makes me blush.... hihi! :p

PROS:
- Perfect for light to medium skin tone
- No need to use a highlighter
- No scent
- Superb packaging
- Easy to blend
- Pigmented

CONS:
- For the shade Pinch, it's not suitable for dark skin tone
- If you are living far from metro manila, you have to order online
- For some, it's quite expensive
- For photoshoot, it will kinda makes your skin look shiny because of the shimmers

OVERALL:
10/10. Highly recommend it.

EXPERIENCE:
Okay, to be honest, I never thought that I will love this palette simply because I was intimidated by the shades used. But when I started to give it a try, I instantly fell in love with it. <3

POP Beauty Eye Cake in Peaches is perfect for natural to day time look. If you want to have a fresh natural glowing look then this palette is the answer. I like to use it to make my eyes look awake and bright. Although I'm just having a hard time loading my brush with it and making the colors pop on my eyes. So what I do is to spray my brush with fine mist of water or my trusted Skindinavia makeup setting spray and then dip the brush into the eyeshadow. This will help increase the intensity of my eyeshadow and prolong the wear of it.

I also like to use it to highlight my face. REALLY??? HOW???
By using your blush brush, swirl your brush directly to the eyeshadow pan and tap the excess. Carefully highlight your cheekplane and blend away. You can also highlight your cupidsbow with it. :)

Also what's good about it is that, Peach compliments all skin tones. If you are having a hard time finding your right shade then go for peach. You can never go wrong with it. :)

PROS:
- Nice quality
- No scent
- Can also be use as your highlighter
- All shades are pretty
- Perfect for all skin tones
- Very convenient to carry along
- Unique packaging and very sturdy

CONS:
- No matte color
- Not that pigmented as what they claimed it to be
- It's kinda hard to make the colors pop
- Not available locally; you have to order online

OVERALL:
I love it and will highly recommend it to all. :D

My Nicki Minaj Makeup Look: (A Collaboration with Reynaldo Recio)

Hello Candylovers!!! It's been ages since I last updated my blog and I feel so terrible about it. :( huhu
BUT, this will not happen again and will update my blog every week with my new makeup tutorials, product reviews and more. :D <3

And for my comeback, will share you my Nicki Minaj Makeup look collaborated with my friend Reynaldo Recio. :)

Check out his Nicki Minaj Makeup Look here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d3QZ37AoOTg

Now, this is my photo reference :)
I wish I have the same green wig so that I can pull it off! lol! :p

Anyway, let's begin!
Steps:
1. Prime your face as always
2. I used my darkest shade of foundation to copy her skintone (Maybelline Mineral Power in Dark 03)
3. Using my Garnier BB Eye Roll On to highlight my T-zone and under eye areas.
4. Of course, sealed it with a powder (Snoe Poudre in Perfect Beige)
5. Getting my Catwalk Cosmetics Palette, I used the brown matte powder to contour and add dimension onto my face.
6. Applying a light pink blush for my cheeks.
7. With the same brown matte powder, I used it to fill in my eyebrows.
8. Get any purple cream eyeliner to used it as your eye base. (Davis Eye-11)
9. Load your flat brush with a purple eyeshadow and placed it on top of the cream eyeliner.
10. Highlight your inner ducts with your white shimmery eyeshadow
11. Define your outer v with a black eyeshadow and blend it well. Don't forget to apply it on your lower lashes as well.
12. Get your purple glittery/shimmer dust and pat it on top of your eyelids. (Wet n Wild Mega Shimmer Dust in 776A Lilac Frosting)
13. Highlight your browbones with a white matte eyeshadow (Nichido Pot in Vanilla)
14. If you look closely, Nicki's eyes has a drawn like crease that adds definition to her eyes. So I used my Eyetex Black Cream Eyeliner to copy that.
15. Of course, sealed it with a black eyeshadow to avoid creasing.
16. Curl your lashes and apply loads of mascara (Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler and Revlon Grow Luscious by Fabulash in Black)
17. Apply thick false lashes on top.
18. Add more shimmer dust for that sparkly look.
19. Get your light pink lipstick to achieve that pouty look. (Barry M Lipstick in 100)

And you're done!
Get your freak on look! :p
This is the reason why I chose this kind of Nicki's makeup. The EYES! :D
(Excuse the lighting, it kinda makes my skin shiny)
